New/Updated Images
Added 10 registered course-image pairs (original + bilingual annotated) under atlas/, covering thalamus, hypothalamus, third ventricle, basal nuclei, internal capsule, corpus callosum, and lateral/medial/inferior cerebral cortex views.
Added atlas/atlas.json as the machine-readable image ↔ structure ↔ localization registry. Annotated images use small arrows/number badges on the anatomy plus a bilingual legend outside the original image area.
Retained the two homunculus originals as original-only course images because the source slides already contain labels and a second overlay would add clutter.
V2 Neuroanatomy Annotation Audit
Re-audited all 10 existing annotated Atlas images using view identification, landmark identification, independent target inference, delayed PPT consultation, cross-view/reference verification, and final-image visual self-check.
None. The lecture names selected relay and projection fibers but does not fully establish origin, neuron order, crossing, course, and destination for a standalone pathway page.
Boundaries / excluded expansion: these sources verify locations and relations only; no external disease lists, full sensory/motor pathways, treatment, or rehabilitation protocols were added to course content.
Reference Library / Source Registry Updates
Local reference library checked: no reference files present.
Registered six NCBI Bookshelf anatomy sources with used_for: Anatomy Verification; they do not masquerade as course content.
Review Updates
Updated review/terminology.md, review/must-know.md, review/common-confusions.md, review/clinical-localization.md, and review/question-bank.md.
Conflicts
Added CONFLICT-001: white-matter association/commissural labels are internally inconsistent across slides.
Added CONFLICT-002: auditory language-area location is internally inconsistent across slides.
Uncertainties
Teacher confirmation is needed for CONFLICT-001 and CONFLICT-002.
The two supporting MP4 files were not transcribed and were not used as claim sources.
Visible PROBABLE labels remain for the basal-nuclei schematic thalamus, low-resolution axial lentiform/internal-capsule boundaries, and the hypothalamic infundibular nucleus. They do not block confirmed content.
The V2 audit confirmed no new PPT Annotation Conflict; corrected old Atlas endpoints are logged separately rather than silently overwritten.
HTML Navigation Upgrade
Added a Chinese-first, hierarchical site directory generated from the Markdown tree; the current page and its parent group are expanded and marked automatically.
Added a page directory generated from level-two headings, including anatomy-first sections such as 解剖定位、它在哪里、毗邻关系、通路、临床和 PT 相关意义.
Desktop layout keeps the site directory on the left and the page directory on the right; viewports below 1200 px use accessible slide-in drawers with close button, backdrop, link-close, and Escape-key behavior.
Navigation inventory is not maintained by hand: adding, moving, renaming, or deleting a Markdown page changes the catalog digest and rebuilds affected HTML navigation.
Validation
HTML generation: 45 pages rebuilt, 104 image assets copied.
Annotation integrity: 0 errors, 0 warnings; all 10 source-image hashes, decoded base-canvas hashes, 1:1 transforms, final dimensions, endpoint pixels, sidecars, audit backlinks, and visual self-check records matched.
Skill validation: official skill-creator/scripts/quick_validate.py reported Skill is valid!.
Browser QA: thalamus rendered Visual Anatomy before Where is it?; midsagittal + coronal Original/Annotated pairs and structure links were present; desktop 1500 × 950 showed both sticky directories with only the current hierarchy expanded; 390 × 844 showed both drawers with no horizontal overflow; directory links reached the correct heading and closed the mobile drawer; Escape closed the drawer; browser console reported 0 errors, 0 warnings.
