先有课程驱动的具体缺口，后有外部检索。结构名称本身不是 Gap。

仅用于核对切面、landmark、结构边界或箭头端点的权威资料登记为 Anatomy Verification，不等同于向 Knowledge Base 补充外部知识，因此不需要 Gap ID；若其内容写入 Foundation / Clinical Extension / PT Relevance，仍必须先登记具体 Gap。
